Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, currently COD service is not available.

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other secure payment options.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we provide pan-India shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we mainly serve India. For international orders, you can contact us directly.
Is there a return policy?
As our sarees are handcrafted with love and authenticity, we do not accept returns. However, returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect products.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/videos, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not available but we will provide the replacement of the same products if you receives any damaged product.
Will the color of the saree be exactly the same as shown?
We try to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
Are blouse pieces included with sarees?
Most sarees come with a blouse piece unless mentioned otherwise in the product description.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within a limited time before dispatch. Please contact us immediately.
Can I change my address after placing the order?
Yes, but only before the order is shipped.
