Returns

Due to the handcrafted and authentic nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges in general cases.

However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Eligible Return Cases

We only accept returns if:

• The saree is severely damaged, or
• You have received an incorrect product

Return Conditions

To request a return:

• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• A proper unboxing video and clear images must be provided as proof
• The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

After Approval

Once your return request is verified:

• We will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or
