At HappyHealing HappyFeeling, every saree is thoughtfully handcrafted with love, care, and deep respect for our traditional weavers. Each piece undergoes strict quality checks before being delivered to you.
Due to the authentic and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Replacement Eligibility
We only offer replacement in the following case:
- The product received is severely damaged
Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video and images are required as proof
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Replacement Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product
- If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal value
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not provide replacement for:
- Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
- Slight irregularities (these are natural in handloom products)
- Change of mind or personal preference
